Don?t ever order from this place, they don?t have drivers and use a courier service who don?t speak English. The guy went the opposite direction to my house for most of the trip as seen on the tracking app. They can?t give refunds until a manager is present so having to call back later. Pizza will be stone cold when it arrives, avoid unless you are picking up maybe.
UPDATE: Arrived after 50 mins with the wrong order - whoever ordered two pizzas and sides is going to be very upset. Refund was offered straight away despite being told to call after 6 previously. Driver himself said his system wasn?t working and the branch gave him the wrong order. I don?t know who?s at fault here but based on other reviews this place is a circus generally. Never ordering again - Pizzas?s btw were stone cold and crushed badly, unsurprising given they were stuffed in a backpack.

Just a regular papa johns
Nothing really to say about the food but the service was polite quick and with a smile which is more than what I can say about the dominoes a few doors up who didn't even acknowledged me and left me standing there for a few min before I walked out and walked in here.

Amazing atmosphere and great customer service and food the delicious and hot I would recommend this place for hot food and the collection time is just 10 minutes.

I usually love papa John?s pizza but the one I have gotten today from this exact spot was disgusting. Looking and tasting like chicken shop pizza . Worst papa johns pizza I?ve ever had!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! Absolute appalling, shocking and unprofessional service from this store! We've had issues with our last three orders and the store has done absolutely nothing to resolve them on each occasion and we've had to contact head office.Our food had arrived cold on two occasions and on the third (previous) occasion, they decided that they wouldn't deliver one of the pizzas. This was deliberate, as they were probably not happy that we'd called out their appalling service previously to head office. When we called the store asking why they had delivered one pizza short, they offered no resolution and the girl we spoke to didn't even understand English! When I asked to speak with the manager, we were told he wasn't available and only after persisting, she went and got the manager for him to only hang up the phone on us. This store should be closed down! We've used Pizza Hut and Dominoes before and have never experienced this level of incompetence and unprofessionalism. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!

As much as I love pizza and one from PJ I hate it at the same time! always arrives almost cold even tho my address is close to the place I order from. Often mistaken sides and drink. Not sure the problem is with delivery people, or..today the box was wet all around. The driver said ?I don?t know why, it?s raining..? and I was just blown away and disappointed once again. Too bad that my fave pizza always comes cold and I have to compromise on it as I like it that much.. I wish I was getting a hot meal experience tho. I put this review to the side for years now and now the time has come that I thought I?ll share my bad experience.

on Saturday my nephew preserved through the app a pizza which by mistake he made a mistake with the door number . the pizza never arrived but they did call to my neighbour as they know we ordered every saturday. my neighbour called us as that the driver took the pizza back . straightaway we contacted the shop to let them know and they just said we can?t not help and you just need to place another another and request refund the next day when the manager is available. After 3 days trying to tech the manager they were refused to give us their name to address the complaint . Really poor service awful management. we lost our 30 pounds but they lost a loyal customer forever. i would not recommend this shop . staff were not helpful and manager was even worse (Evin ) it was a indian guy from his accent . Palmer Green shop please do not order anything from this shop as is something goes wrong they are useless and never willing to help

I had to ring up after 1hour and 20 minutes for them to tell me that it?s out for delivery. 20 mins has passed by now I rang them 5 times no answer so decided to change my phone to see if they picked up they did within 2 seconds on which he told me he had to cancel the order. If I didn?t ring up they wouldn?t have got back in touch shady people working in this papa johns
