This place completely sucks, the attitude and customer service is of the staff working in there are horrible. The two women working there today are by far the worst people I?ve come across. However the drink was really nice.

I?m a usual customer over there but the only reson for me & my family is the behaviour and customer service of the staff over there
Specially the lady name is ?Yasmin?, she is making a perfect coffee with smile and the best attitude for customers.

I bought a takeaway chocolate fudge drink on a hot weekend. The person preparing the drink did not ask me if I wanted cream on top; they just added it without checking. This was something I had never experienced anywhere else. Unfortunately, the cream turned out to be spoiled, making the drink unsuitable for consumption. I only realized this after leaving the shop with my takeaway order; otherwise, I would have asked for a full refund. Regardless of the money, this poses a health risk! Products should be checked regularly to prevent such situations. I do not recommend this place.

I was waiting to take my coffee the ladie it was doing the coffees it was talking to someone and We needed to wait for her till she was done talking to do the coffee here name it was Jasmin e it fills not respect for the customers

The Chinese lady was very good and friendly but the other lady was doing as if its a crime for a black to come and buy things from them. She was quite rude. I was there between the hour of 4:30 and 6:30 pm on 8th March 2025

I've done for my drink click and collect, but ordered wood green branch without noticed, a staff Saphal still made my drink, he was really nice and helpful.Thank you for being kind.

Poor customer service, the older barista (manager) was very rude! I tried using the app to get a free birthday treat, app wasn't working; the manager just ignored my problem and told me that it had expired (it hadn't). Had the feeling that she didn't belive me, even though I was using the app. Won't be going back there again.

Very disgraceful customers service the manager was absolutely rude and had bad manners I have had to be dealing with some situation it was to do with the coffee charge and I had be feeling very embarrassed ashamed and bullied of it afterwards, they didn?t even understand from when replying back how she treated me as a disabled customer! I?ve never seen such bad workers they really need to adjust the whole store management .To top it off she had to go up to one of my friends to deal with it?

The staff was quite OK...
The ham and cheese reheated sandwich was very dry and didn't taste like a "made on this morning " sandwich
Parking: Just a normal paying by phone street parking
Kid-friendliness: No problems with MUMS and toddlers and pushchairs....
