I was able to take cash from my account whilst waiting for my new bank card. Good customer service. I always get the help I need. There is wall cashpoint outside and 3 more inside including an account servicing point and a helpdesk as you walk-in to help you access the right service.

For years including last year I had the most incredible customer service experience with this branch. I thought that Barclays should teach a lesson to all industries about customer service. Nevertheless, the situation changed. The new lady ( her middle 40th) representing the branch has no knowledge and it?s very dismissive with no interest to help. I come to ask for an appointment to open an account for my teenage daughter. She didn?t knew about this type of account, when I showed her she said that I have to book a video call. I explained her that I tried in the past 2 times, however was not availability and I come to the branch to ask for an appointment. She dismissed me rudely saying that is not possible and to go and try again.I will actually try to go to different bank.

Went to this Palmers Green branch after the staff at Wood Green were unhelpful and horrible.Staff were friendly and directed me to the machine with £50 notes.

Asked at the front if I could exchange some old £1 coins. Was informed that I could. Waited in a queue slower than Space Mountain?s at Disneyland. Got to the only counter to be told I have to bank with them to exchange coins. I do not bank with them, but my bank doesn?t have counters anymore.Massive chunk of my afternoon gone for nothing.

After a long walk to sort out important stuff I get told counter service shuts at 2.30 I informed the lady your website does not state this opening times 9.30 to 4.30 she scribbles a number to call I get told a totally different thing from Edmonton branch ie just bring I.d total waste of my time lazy staff can't be bothered to tend to their customers wonder what these idle people get paid for!!

Customer service is non existent in this place. It really made me wonder why do I even bother having an account in this bank. Really don?t recommend going in - unless you want to stay 20? in a queue only then to be ignored and see someone behind you being dealt with.

When ever I've needed to go in here there's no one in there best time to go is in the mornings. Staff always say hi and are polite to everyone. In and out in 2 minutes sometimes you may not be as lucky. May be busy

Poor and Dated. I would advise everyone to crypto! You have to wait outside only a few people allowed in.... Only two machines inside. A line of 30 people outside in the cold!!! As for the pandemic, how can a pub be allowed to have more people inside than a bank! Makes no sense! It's time we ditch retail banking.... Find me on insta @davidkivakude
