Not only is Waitrose premium priced Emporium. It is also one of the most complicated stores to do business with. Doing click and collect. You have to click and collect before you get to the store a couple of pieces of broccoli going to the automatic checkout, you have to tell them you?re using your own bag you then have to go to the scales to weigh the product. OMG this store has just had a refit it?s more antiquated than before.

Felt uninspiring so just grabbed the 1 thing I went for and didn't even want to look around the store.At the self-scan checkout the "miserable" looking partner just stared at us....Waitrose is deffo going downhill :-(
