Id previously had a really bad experience at this store 2 years ago . However this time I couldn't fault it. The staff were friendly , approachable and knowledgeable , nothing was too much trouble . Would definitely recommend.

I had my yearly appointment on Thursday and as usual had a fantastic experience. My usual optometrist was on holiday but Sabitha, the covering optometrist was also excellent, very thorough and friendly. Having a very high prescription has always made glasses shopping difficult, but Ben helped me find the frames I'd seen online and discussed the pros and cons of them and discussed lens thinning options with me. I bought my last pair with Ben and will continue to ask for him when I come in as he's extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The other staff on shift were also excellent and we're amazing with my toddler who was being impatient! I love visiting the store and the staff have made (what used to be an unpleasant experience at other opticians) one of my favourite times of the year. My only gripe is my toddler was given a sticker for being good at the opticians and I didn't!!! (However, I understand the logic as I am a grown woman)

Visited this store with the sole intention of purchasing a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses. Unfortunately all members of staff did not acknowledge me standing at the front desk and completely ignored me. Disgraceful customer service.

Booked an eye test online here on Wednesday last week (30th July). Appointment all booked in (still showing even now on my account). Got a text to confirm the appointment on Sunday and re-affirmed again. As the appointment was at 4:50 pm Today I had to start work an hour early to leave work early - all arranged with my boss. I get a phone call from Ben at around 9am this morning saying the appointment has been double booked (from an appointment I booked a week ago) and that I need to book another appointment. I explained that all of their appointments for this week are now gone as it?s too short notice (whereas there were plenty last week when I booked). I explained I will be going on holiday in a week or so and need an appointment this week. Asked if there is anything else they can do as this was their error and I am told no - nothing they can do. Next appointment is Saturday and I need to book it online. My account still showed on my online account that my appointment Today was valid so they hadn?t even cleared it on the system.
