Tina from the shop gave us an excellent service. She took time to understand our style and made some great recommendations. We were so pleased with our choice, we bought there and then. She also took us through the grout catalogue and we chose the perfect match. Our children were delighted with the chocolates she gave them. Fantastic environment and great products. Thanks Tina. Came to tile village in desperation having been let down by a large tiling company.Tina was so helpful and accommodating and could not do enough to help us.Thanks to her we had tiles for 9am the next day,she really went above and beyond to secure this!Highly recommend this place and wish we had come here in the first place.Oh-and the tiles are lovely ? and being put on the wall as we speak

I have bought tiles for both my kitchen and bathroom from this shop and they have always been great value for money,patient and knowledgeable. This is the tile shopi recommend whenever anyone asks and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We had bought all our new tiles for a refit to our bathroom and ran short of a box of one of the tiles. We went to the tile shop to buy another box but the batch was different. Tina,in the shop, was so helpful and help me source a box of tiles from another shop in the group. We would like to Tina for her assistance and patience in this matter. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

Had been looking for dark grey porcelain tiles for ages, but found several I liked, but Ben was great at helping me choose the perfect ones.I was in quite a rush too with the builder starting on site that week, but they managed to get the tiles delivered to me within a week, in perfect time. Plus, a month later or so I realised I needed two more boxes and again they managed to get them from the manufacturer and to me in a few days.Really great service, prompt responses and great products - I would definitely recommend

Just brilliant! Highly recommeded! We were re-doing our bathroom and were looking for a local tile shop in Orpington and found the Tile Village. We had been to a number of tile shops and showrooms previoulsy but none had what we were looking. But then Ben came to our rescue! He even suggested some grey wood effect porcelain floor tiles that were not even on our radar...and they look great.We have added before and after photos of our bathroom, and we just love the look and the tiles. Ben was extremely helpful and very knowledgable.If you are looking for a local tile shop in or near Orpington we would highly recommend paying The Tile Village a visti. Thanks Ben.

This tile shop has a good range to choose from and Ben the owner is very helpful and there is a good selection of trims which gave our Vernissage Neve tiles a much more stylish finish.well worth a visit.
