I signed a contract for a phone and SIM card at this branch, and I inquired twice about available bundles, similar to those offered by other providers. However the staff stated that Three does not offer any bundle.
After signing the contract, I realised that Three actually offers a companion bundle including air buds, a case, and a charger at a discounted price, to be paid in installments. When I contacted the branch to discuss this discrepancy, the manager rudely rejected my request to add the bundle to contract, stating that the terms were non-negotiable and I can file a complaint to anyone I want.
I contacted Three's support team, they apologised and offered me a monthly discount on my contract, however they were unable to cancel the contract as it was initially signed in the branch. It's clear to me that this branch intentionally lied and misled me to secure a sale.
I advise others to be caution when dealing with this branch.

If I could give zero starts I would. The manager Patric is something else. Rude, always in a rush and won?t answer any questions you have over the phone or in person for your upgrade they messed up. I called 5 mins before closing and that was also very inconvenient for him, when I was promised an update of my lost order. But that?s not a surprise with them. I called the shop numerous times during the day too, but they were constantly hanging up, yep, I have a proof! The trainee staff are nice, however, when they have no idea what they?re doing just doesn?t matter how much they smile. Long story short - they completely messed up an easy upgrade otherwise and then just cancelled it without letting me know or want to communicate about the reasons behind it. Apparently they lost my order somewhere in the space! Incompetence at its best. And I had toDo the process all over again, thankfully with people who know what they?re doing and at much better rate! Avoid this shop and the super rude, self absorbed manager Patric! Who?s so concerned about leaving the shop that you wonder why someone made him a manager there! Patric, I also made an official complaint about you and your staff and your incompetence! Have a lovely evening!

Visiting a phone shop could be somewhat of a hit and miss experience, however my experience at Three Orpington today was totally 10/10.I was assisted by a young gentleman, (I believe he was called Ty). He was the most patient in answering my questions and addressing my concerns and had a lovely and cheerful manner of communication.He is a real asset to that store.Thanks!

Worst experience ever, we was discriminated by the manager of the shop just because my friend didn?t speak English and I was translating for her , and he didn?t give us the phone that she wants to buy , anyway we gonna look for our rights and gonna charge this man for discrimination!

The young "David Haye" lookalike.... Sorry I didn't get your name, was a credit to Three. Following an ongoing mess caused by Three call centre, which has seen me visit more Three shops in the last week than in the last 5 years, he did his level best to keep me as a customer. I went in the store fully intending to close my last account, and he managed to turn the situation around. He was polite and efficient and dealt with an irate customer perfectly. You need staff like this in the call centre if you want to hold onto your customers.
