Went to Tesco express as doesn't close until midnight or meant to close at midnight and the doors were locked before the stated time so wasn't impressed as needed milk etc

Normally great service this one time abysmal.
I chose a pay-at-the-pump started pouring the petrol but it literally just dripped so I walked over told the cashier what was happening he said there's a cone there pump is not working but there was no cone near my pump nothing on the handle either so I moved over to the next pump this one wouldn't even start.
I was so frustrated by now and I went into the petrol station again to be told try another pump I just gave up and went to a different petrol station
I understand people are busy but some kind of customer service would have gone along way

I will leave review as well about India lady she's horrible, everytime I went there she look at me like with hate.
What's wrong with this woman,manager doesn't see how she triet people....
I think in that type of place where you deal with customer you should know how behaviour towards other...

I just left your store near my house and this is honestly the first time I leave a comment because the situation is unbearable. I am a regular customer of this store, but I hated buying because of a woman who works for you and she has bad manners and dealings. She does not respond to my questions and speaks to me with contempt. This is not the first time. I spoke with the branch manager but nothing happened, and this is the reason for you leaving this comment.
