Very rude staff (specially that lady-probably store manager).
I had an incident where she was very disrespectful while taking orders and didn?t apologised when I called her out.
Also, I noticed she had arguments with several customer on the similar issues. (She was rude)

Avoid to online order from this subway. They take to much time to prepare the food even though rider said they are always been busy to chatting with their colleague instead of doing Their work.

Avoid ordering online. Ordered subs with salads and sauce for delivery via uber eats. They sent just bits of chicken in bread saying that?s all their system showed them! Whatever the issue they need to resolve with uber eats and at minimum listen to the customer issue.

They did give my younger brother old bread when I went back to ask them changed to fresh bread for me black guy comes out with very rude attitude and absolutely
Disrespecting me I took back old bread sandwich and checked to the bin because he said impossible to change it

Rude staff and they always have some issues : either their Owen don?t work, sometime scanner does work, they never follow subway promotions and lady staff is just too over smart in charging extra somehow !! This tire should be blacklisted !!!!

Can't fault the food or speedy delivery. Due to the incompetence of recent restaurants this will now he my goto for a quick fix for lunch if in a rush like today.

Staff are excellent trained and having friendly environment ever experienced in london, above this the way they present the sub is very delicious ? and tasty to eat......They are perfect in all cleaning, hygiene maintenance and communicating.
