I wasn't very impressed with the service... From beginning to finish. I waited 15 mins over my appointment. No apologies, the first part was done by a very young lad no people communication lacked proffeional care. The second part was even worse. A young woman couldn't wait for the process to be over. I have never had an eye test so rushed. I spoke to her explaining my doctors concern, wasn't interested not reassuring. When asked which was better 1 or 2 I had to say do it again about 6 times I hadn't even focused on 1 let alone 2. Then had yellow drops in my eyes and was expected to go home with yellow on the outside of my eyes. I had to ask for something so I could wipe my eyes, she was too busy rushing. I found a hard paper towel and wet it. I will not be coming back again I also now have to have my eyes tested again hopefully it will be by a prof who knows how to be courteous and treat people correctly. Absolutely disgusted with the service I received.

Spectacular fail today!
Specsavers called and made me an appointment for this morning.
I was told there was no appointment, no record of me and the person who was doing my cataract check was not even in today!
Not one single apology
Retrain your staff Specsavers so when they call with appointment, they actually book them on the correct day.

Very good service: booked appointment online, got vision check on time, selected frame and week after glasses were ready for collection. Price was lower than what I paid for similar glasses in other shop 6 years ago.

Just wanted to share how professional and understanding Jill in Audiology at Orpington branch was today. I needed help with my mother?s hearing aids, she took the time to show me how to clean and replace the batteries. Customer service at its best. Thank you so much.

My newly prescription glasses does not fit me , making my eyes hurting and dry, I have been booked to come back shop to have a retest, but when I returned for the appointment, I have been asked to pay for the retest, it is totally unacceptable.Also, when I came back shop to collect my glasses after two weeks, I just been told my glasses is going to be delayed. I have not received any advanced notice.However, staff told me voice mail was sent to my phone, eventually we found out staff called to a wrong number.Unprofessional management, waiting for long time to be served , lack of customers update, no history log in customer account.Tow stars for polite and friendly staff.
