Had to pay to park then to get money back spend over £10 what we wanted luckily was on stock

Went to pay at car park with pay with phone app which I couldn?t login in to and some worker stopped me and said don?t use they it?s expensive and showed me a ticket machine that had no instructions on it. Worked out you had to press + to then pay. Went into store , got 4 items deal which turned out it was for nectar only, didn?t see the tiny nectar logo as I don?t shop at Sainsbury?s normally . Couldn?t log into nectar account at till so couldn?t claim the deal., it recognised my email but resetting password and code wasn?t accepted. So left and They?ve blocked off the customer service to you have to walk all the way round and then a queue of 5 people and one person serving. Was in a hurray so left £5 worse off.
Also huge car park and no EV charging facilities . Won?t be returning. Tesco down the road does 2 hours return , has charging and don?t hide offers behind charge cards.

In Sainsbury's Beckenham the staff's are really good. They are always ready to help when you need to look for something that you want to buy but couldn't find where it was located. They are very friendly especially Debbie.

Old ridiculous parking system

It is so annoying every time they change the location of the products every other day. And the staff are quite rude.

Sainsburys have balls up, spent a lot of time and money, putting high margin fat fighter chilled food right in front of where you walk in - like a wall to get around, to the fruit and veg area now two narrow when store gets busy. A '0' for new store layout.

Can't fault the selection, stock levels layout etc. Checkout staff are very pleasant. However, yesterday's experience disappointed....I had a really big shop.....over £400..?.big trolley. Had to wait possibly 8 or 9 mins to be able to start to load onto checkout....I asked the girl.if she could get someone to help pack. Which she tried straight away. 3 supervisory staff standing nearby chatting decided between themselves that there was no one available....they then walked down the store further and continued their casual chat. Even though I'd mentioned that the week before I'd got an £85 parking fine for not realising it was pay and display....and I'd got 10mins before my ticket expired. I'm furious....no consideration at all. Before you suggest it was a "meeting" in progress I could tell from their demeanor and joviality it was "just" a casual chat. Still Furious ?

Linda on the kiosk is probably the most rude awful person in the history of retail.

Make sure to ?pay and display? otherwise you risk getting fined like me.I?m not a local and was trying to get a parking coupon from the cashier like the most Sainsbury?s, but was told that it?s ?pay/display?. By the time I was back, the fine was on my front window.Yes signs are everywhere, I think I was just the victim of ?habit?.
