I had such a great experience at Ryman Orpington today ? huge thanks to Jeanine, who was incredibly helpful and patient while assisting me with printing my documents. She took the time to make sure everything was perfect and made the process so easy and stress-free.
In fact, every time I visit this store, the staff are always lovely, friendlyand ready to help. It?s rare to find such consistently good customer service these days, and I really appreciate the warm, supportive atmosphere here. Thank you, Jeanine, and the entire Ryman Orpington team ? you?re a credit to the brand!

Store went out of their way to help us ship three large DHL boxes to the USA even though we didn't have great internet access to start the process, and they had had a huge order that morning in addition to our ship out. Manager didn't seem too pleased at first, but Trudi listened to our story despite that and was very helpful in a difficult situation. Would like to see the store take pride in this service and even designate a little more storage space to keep the shipments rolling and serve other customers waiting which they managed well. This is the second time in two years they have helped, and we are very grateful. They deal with a lot, on a day-to-day basis, and don't always have the best software, so take your patience with you!

Terrible service, 2 visits in the space of a month and the same abrupt and unhelpful attitude from the same lady "Trudi" that works at the printing section. Her "customer service" skills leave a lot to be desired. Her manner is quite rude like she is telling you off! The first time I thought maybe she's having a bad day. On the 2nd visit, the same attitude and behaviour. However, she laughs and jokes with the non ethnic minority customers. Shocking to see in this day and age of woke culture and companies striving for diversity and inclusion.
