Very good post office. Surprised to see negative reviews, always noticeably polite and sensible service and I post a lot, actually started travelling to come here after not always finding that to be the case in other Post Offices.

The female who is in this post office is very very rude, We don?t want to come here for her behaviour. She is serving like she owns you and when leaving her goodbyes are so irritating and ironic. I hope there should be any good chance.

I arrived at the Post Office at 5:55pm, they close at 6pm. I had a parcel to send to Australia ( I?ve never posted a parcel overseas before). The lady said it would take at least 10 minutes to do as all items in the parcel needed to be listed on a customs form. I offered to return the next morning, but she said it was no worries and she helped me out and stayed late. That?s good service ?Thank you ?

Can someone fire the white women with brown wavy hair that works in the post office section. Honestly, she is so rude. Talking down to me like I am nothing when I said I am here to collect my parcel from john Lewis.

Honestly, if she acts that way again. I will demand to speak to a manager and report her. Honestly, IT'S THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED and I am not a demanding customer

Extremely rude member of staff. I can understand why morale is poor in the post office, but the treatment I experienced as a customer was dire so I am reflecting that here. Very condescending and unhelpful attitude and was made to feel like an idiot for asking a question about recorded delivery. Avoid!

I use this post office almost every day and honestly can't fault the service I've received in any way. The staff are super helpful and professional, and are a real gem in the community in this part of Orpington. Highly recommend!
