Connor was amazing! He really helped me figure out what I was doing wrong with my fish tank and explained everything so well. He was super lovely and very thorough with explaining. Super Super helpful! Didn?t try to upsell anything he purely just directed me in the direction I wasn?t able to see- thank you so much?

Clean and they have some really nice options for cats and dogs. The bunny rabbits that they have for sale are beautiful. The staff is nice and helpful.

I find things about this place unsettling certain members of staff very judgemental etc .they sell good products They say they can't Guarantee the sex off the hamsters which is strange Because the age they sell them at you can tell the sex.
also when I was looking at fish most of them look unwell. there always room to change things apart from that love the store

Rude, lied, ignorant and just downright unprofessional! One of the ?customer facing? staff members was abrasive and just downright vile!
I have been keeping and enjoying fish for many years and have 3 tanks in an autistic provision. I went into the shop today to purchase two small goldfish for one of my tanks. (1 tropical and 2 cold water) I explained I had three tanks, showed her a photograph of the tanks (8ft, 2ft and 2ft!) and was treated like a villain!
This abhorrent ?little? lady refused to sell me any fish, implied I was a complete liar and was both intimidating and a disgrace to the company and shop floor!
I was only buying the fish for an autistic classroom because the children love tanks and use them to regulate their emotions.
The little lady, has just deprived these SEN children with her ignorant cocky little self inflated importance!
Sadly we used to take our children to visit the store, but will NEVER AGAIN expose our vulnerable children to such a disgusting bunch of egotistic liars!

The store it self look good. staff certain ones could do better. some of the fish look sick and that's the fifth time I have noticed that .vet staff very friendly

Nice laid out store, friendly staff. Good I store vets, (can be very expensive though) stock levels have improved where the frozen dog food is. Can be hit and miss and it's not very frozen. Will start to defrost very quickly. In general a good place to go for pet stuff.
