The team here did a great job with the suit I brought and went the extra mile to press new creases into the trousers. The suit was good as new, thanks guys.

Since my retirement held here three years ago I have driven past several other Indian restaurants and never been anywhere else for a takeaway due to the once superb Shozna. Sadly a recent meal in the restaurant was disappointing , four people on a small table pinned in a corner but more importantly the food now average, the chicken Tikka was dry and the prices quite high (£9 for six poppadoms and £20 for three drinks, water, one beer and a ? flat? Diet Coke). The numerous waiters were not attentive nor interested and had no personality. Overall the Shozna was average at best but with prices much higher than others and the quality on a par. I am sorry to say that will be the last time I visit here either for dining in or a takeaway.

Purchased a takeaway and using their menu on the Shozna website the order came to £89.50 When my wife picked it up she was charged £100.00 all but a few pence. When my wife showed them the list that we had ordered with their menu prices and what the total came to she was very politely told that they were very sorry but they had not updated their online menu and still had the cheek to charge her the £100.00 I think you will find that is actually illegal. For such a good order you would have thought they would have apologised and charged the lower price? The food was the usual excellent standard but can't for the life of me think why they think it was OK the treat a customer that way!!

We ordered takeaway and as usual fantastic food but was missing a couple of items, rang up the restaurant and they bought the missing items to out house with a free bottle of wine.

Food and service is good, location and parking is a nightmare, watch out medway council will give you a parking ticket anytime of the day or night in so called restricted streets with no signage to advise, you will be better served finding a restaurant away from medway with parking. Such a shame as the food and service were good ?

Had my first ever Indian takeaway tonight from here after having been to the restaurant a couple of times previously. Bloody immense food, ready in 40 mins. Was like eating at the restaurant at home. Food was glorious ( not cheap but totally worth it). HIGHLY recommend.

We had an amazing meal here. Never been before and we were a large party to celebrate a friends birthday. Service and food were excellent. Easily one of the best curries I?ve had locally. I?m gutted we don?t live closer as I would use it all the time. Highly recommend!! We will be back.

Wow all I can say is wow. We are new to the area and after asking a lady in the nail bar what a good Indian restaurant was we were given this place. Parking was a bit tricking especially for the disabled but from the moment we walked through the doors we found it to be tastefully decorated. We had the accompanying pickles on the table and went straight in to order popadoms and drinks. (Why are popadoms so delicious? We then placed our order - and it came out and was absolutely delicious. One of the best curries I?ve ever tried. When the bill came or we had a delicious complementary Baileys and hubby was happy because he had a big tray of mint chocolates
