The service here was very disappointing. Some of the staff might be racially discriminatory or deliberately making things difficult for customers. I only misspoke one number ? I needed to print six months of bank statements, but because I was nervous, I said three months. The staff then only printed it once and refused to help me again, telling me to check it on the app. But it was exactly because the app didn?t have it that I spent 40 minutes traveling here. They really let me down, and now I can only go back another day to print it again.

Machine wouldn't accept valid cheque, so attempt to use that was pointless and time wasting. Then a long queue to speak to a member of staff. NatWest like all banks are general bad vibes.

unprofessional and an a pimply boy with nail polish and an age of 17 to 19 can work in a bank like staff member. They lost my documents instead to verify and certifiy for Natwest policy. Really stupid monkeys.

Go in on Saturday. No counter service. All cash machines down. Why are they open? Why is NatWest manipulating this situation?Older citizens don't do things online. Staff unmotivated as working towards their redundancy.If NatWest don't want to do residential banking sell it to someone who does.Shambles.

Reduced Saturday opening hours (Close at 1pm) is unhelpful. Arrived to find there is no counter service on a Saturday, yet plenty of staff roaming around with a bad attitude. Paying in machines never work well the first time. Generally bad attitude from staff and a very poor service having no counter service on a Saturday.

I dropped some pound coins in the branch today and some rolled under the coin counting machine. No help from staff, and a customer retrieved most for me. One remains still under the machine. Staff member said the machine couldn?t be moved - fair enough. But when I asked for a ruler or something similar to try to knock the coin our I was told no, they couldn?t help. He then just walked away. The teller, when I pointed out my missing coin, said she didn?t know what to do. Complete lack of help! It was not the missing £1 coin that annoyed me, it was the poor attitude and lack of interest. Very poor service, NatWest
