The service here was very disappointing. Some of the staff might be racially discriminatory or deliberately making things difficult for customers. Machine wouldn't accept valid cheque, so attempt to use that was pointless and time wasting. Then a long queue to speak to a member of staff. NatWest like all banks are general bad vibes.
