Probably one of the worst Nando?s I have been to. Ordered loaded fries without spring onions, which my food was then brought out with onions on so I sent it back. Was given my food for the second time which it is clear they didn?t make a new portion, instead just scrapped off the onions as there was still a handful of onions towards the bottom layer of my chips and melted into the cheese. My partner also ordered a pitta without caramelised onion as to which he found rock hard caramelised onion inside his pitta. Awful service and no customer care.

Absolutely so upset. Ordered 2 meals for delivery and got no fries with either meal. £50!!! Totally ruined our meals

Burnt overcooked dry food ...have been coming to this place for over a year however last two visits the food quality has degarded ...been served dry over cooked and burnt food chicken wings and quarter chicken ... besides crisp dry burnt liver tasted terrible and bitter .Staff is good and service is alright.

We had to wait over an hour for our food , and they gave us dirty plates . The portion sizes were appalling as the boneless platter only came with small amount of thighs and chicken

First time going to this nandos staff very friendly and happy I have an allergy and the staff was very helpful and under standing I did feel awkward as I get embarrassed saying about it but staff put me at ease and made sure food was good for me I'd say went above all staff was friendly definitely go back dined in was a nice chilled meal staff was rushed of their feet still found time to make effort to make sure was OK and took time to find something I could eat

Zaina was extremely welcoming, not only did she have phenomenal customer service skills but I also noticed she took on majority of the roles in the restaurant ALONE, she was also quick to attend to customers needs

I alway quite a tough person to impress socially because I can find it hard to communicate socially! Zaina was a very bubbly personality took my order at the till gave me and my friend recommendation describing everything perfectly! She did an amazing Job!The food was amazing fast sevice all the staff was so friendly 10/10

Ordered at 1:05pm for take away collection. Should have been ready at 1:20pm. Didn't get my food until 1:50pm.
There were at least 4 tables that needed clearing when I walked in, and about 8 people waiting for tables. 1 person waiting for an order and 10 more people walked in after me.
Massively understaffed.
Saw the 'chef' throw someone's take away wrap into their take away orders box.
Main person who was serving was very polite and pleasant but under so much pressure.
Vegetarian options: Limited options, 2 salads or bean burger, halloumi and mushroom or spiced chickpea pattie.
