Great selection
I'd wanted something cheap and easy for lunch as was hungry and at the end of the month £ was limited... id popped into Iceland as more convenient but except for the reductions which were fab and I had to resist as was for fruit which I already had; i had to go the long way round to Morrisons but was worth it as I got exactly what I wanted.. aisles seemed a bit of a maze and despite there not being loads of us in there I was asked to 'excuse me' twice possibly by the same person; maybe because the reduced section is very close to a pillar.
Easy to get to checkouts; glad I didn't need to navigate the rest of the store and all seemed to be working which made a nice change... I hadn't noticed the kiosk just inside which seemed well stocked for an eve quicker visit .. glad I made the effort.. staff seemed nice too, very clean and uncluttered for a weekday lunchtime during the holidays.. thanks

wow I used to live where this shop was around 20 years ago now and back then this shop used to be well busy but it seems its kinda gone done hill , was such a great shop

Staff do a great job but they rarely have everything in stock. Car park is difficult, especially the lower level, which floods.

I have never felt more unwelcomed in a supermarket. Ever.
Staff were grumpy, couldn't be bothered to help me find products, displayed no manners when cutting in front of me or moving pallets past me. I asked the old man behind the meat counter a question and he gave me a sarcastic answer and barely made eye contact. One even stayed in my way when I was trying to pick up some veg then later walked off.
Whatever staff that are on the rota this morning around 9:30/10am (10 July 2025), you did a terrible job and are the reason I put half my trolley down to purchase elsewhere. Went out of my way to come to this supermarket but won't be again. Very very bad experience, with just a hostile attitude from everyone there. Much more training is needed clearly needed here.

The store supplies fresh fish and meat. Shop for my groceries for years, and always have positive service. Nice staff also.

Do not get the beef burnt ends from here, I bought them as they said it was to serve 2 people and when I opened the package it was barely the serving for one person. Very disappointing.

It's pretty poor service and self scan gates are horrible and block you if you want to get something from a cold drink place, have to ask or wait for other customers to finish the shop and gate open so I'm quick to grab the red bull and back to the self scan.
The general place seems to have fallen apart. No one seems happy to work there at all. It is quite a sad day for Morrison.

i have just received my order from morrisins who ever picked my order needed glasses if you put a thumb and finger together that is the size of the lemons they supplied terrible when you realie on someone picking your shopping

You need to work with packaging, specifically a lot of your fresh products are Over-packaged, and dressed in unnecessary single use plastic.
This product would easily live in a bag like the one you offer the biscuits.
Or at the very least fill the box? Surely you cannot offer a plastic box where only 10% is filled with food. It's Over-packaged.

You really have to pay attention to the use by date. The staff is super nice however .

Visited Morrisons - Petts wood branch for the first time and was impressed with their selection of meat. Overall, smaller supermarket but has the essentials. Though there was a car park available, it was underground and I found the parking space was quite tight. Overall, convenient supermarket and I will be visiting again.
