Pretty dissappointed.
The Mrs and i, both seperate accounts within bank.
? Unable to access our accounts over weekend due to poor opening hours.
THEN very time constrained phone banking.
? Unable to access at all online, either.
? Very poor, contradictory advice over the phone, when they are open.
? How are you supposed to access your OWN finances, when you have tight deadline's as we did !!??.
AS A RESULT:
? The Mrs has closed her account, im ACTIVELY looking for more suitable Savings accounts, for the best one!.
? Directors - BEFORE you become another NORTHERN ROCK, just Before financial crash people withdrawing THEIR money. You'd better Solve very quickly!.

Not good at all.

Constantly blocking online banking and accounts for no reason. Then won't let you withdraw your own cash even with the relevant I.D. Bank is shambles will take and keep your money for as long as possible and will use every excuse they can so you can't access it.

It's so easy to start banking with metro and get a card there and then plus they open longer how's then any other banks and open on Saturdays too

It?s a big branch and is generally well staffed. We had to wait sometimes 5-15 minutes to be seen when it was busy but if you check in at reception before waiting you?ll be seen quicker. It?s a decent bank with a good current account. Free parking for up to 3 hours which works well too.

Hours have changed, service is poor and slow ! If you want to get a safety deposit AVOID ! They can?t manage it and you?ll wait hours to get in, it?s actually quite embarrassing. Saturday manager has nothing under control !!
