I?ve had one of the worst experiences ever at McDonald?s. I was forced to wait 20 minutes for my order ? absolutely ridiculous for a fast food place. I ordered a strawberry milkshake, but they?ve carelessly smeared chocolate all over it. It looked disgusting. That alone was enough to ruin it, but it gets worse. I had ordered two medium fries, and they completely forgot to put them in the bag. I had to go back myself to get what I had already paid for. And what did I get in return? Just a dry, meaningless ?sorry.? No effort to fix things, no compensation, nothing. I?ve never been this disappointed with such poor service and lack of responsibility.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the poor customer service I experienced at your Orpington branch today. I visited the store to purchase a large iced latte and a large cappuccino, but upon receiving my order, I noticed that the iced latte appeared to be significantly less than what I expected for a large size.
Wanting to clarify whether there was an issue with the portion size, I approached the manager on duty, whose badge name was Millie. Unfortunately, rather than addressing my concern in a professional and helpful manner, she was dismissive and came across as arrogant. Her attitude made me feel as though my concern was not valid, and she showed no interest in resolving the issue or even offering a simple explanation.
I believe that customer service, especially from a manager, should be polite, professional, and solution-oriented, yet my experience was quite the opposite. I left the store feeling frustrated and disappointed. As a regular McDonald?s customer, I expect better treatment and a willingness to address reasonable concerns.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and I encourage you to provide additional training on customer service and communication skills for your staff, especially management. I would appreciate a response regarding how this matter will be addressed.

The place was clean. Food served Hot and the staff was helpful. We had some issues ordering food online through the app, but the manager at the till handled it well. Overall, it was a good experience.

This place is absolutely terrible when it comes to delivery times. In fact,, it just carry's on delaying and delaying and then the food arrives cold. It's a case of poor management and organisational skills. The problem is that they think it's OK to originally say the food will arrive in 20 mins and then over 1 hour later it's still not arrived. Organise yourselves better and liase with Just eat to ensure you provide a respectable service to your customers.

Do not come here! We ordered food that costed us around £40, and we didn?t get a double cheeseburger, and a double quarter pounder! What makes it worse is our chips were a quarter filled!! We rang the restaurant to complain and they said we need to do it on the McDonald?s app, and it?s sending us around in circles. We can not get a refund and can?t get our food. Again, do not come here. This place is a joke
