Awful shop , turned up with 3 boxes of books (( properly labled and under the 15kg on the forms ) but they refused them even though they were only 10kg .. got in touch with We Buy Books who said that the shop should have taken them … will never go back or do my shopping in there .

So much clutter which makes it cramped inside, making it impossible to get through the shop with a pushchair. Always too many people inside for the space.
