Post Office not working too often.
Staff should try to learn to smile and say Hi. Thank you especially Ezzinne. Can't even look at customs when serving. Young guy was amazing don't see him anymore. Also guy in glasses is great.

The Indian guy Agadash is so rude!
He needs to go ASAP. He has no people skills whatsoever and doesn?t say a thing, maybe he doesn?t even talk English?
Either way this is not the kind of staff you should want working for you, couldn?t even be bothered to say hi or bye, nor tell me how much my total was - just stood there in silence whilst looking at his phone below the counter!
It?s insane how bad this shop has gone down hill recently!

This place gets worse every day.
The woman on the till tried charging me £13.50 for something that is actually £3.50. When I questioned her about it she got rude and defensive and demanded that I showed her proof.
Even after pointing out the price she still didn?t believe it, so I had to go back and pull the label off the shelf and bring it to her.
Even after all of that she didn?t just apologise for wasting my time and embarassing me - she demanded that I put the label back on the shelf and continued to be rude.
A bit of customer service skills would go a long way in this shop. Premier down the road is alot cheaper and all the staff are always so helpful and friendly.

Staff are awful!
We were stood in the queue waiting for 5 minutes whilst the staff are at the back of the shop pretending to fill the fridges. No apology for waiting and rudely told us they don?t even have carrier bags!
Go to premier down the road the staff are so friendly, a lot better value for money and they actually have carrier bags!

Staff are really good but the systems go down every now and then and they have to close the shop. Also, the post office has sometimes not been available due no trained member of staff on duty and running out of labels for prepaid returns.

Worst store in the area. Hardly any stock, barely any fridges are working and not enough staff. Post office having to close for 4 hours due to staff not being trained.

Not only are the fridges so bad that all their drinks are warm but they also sell cans of drink which are not to be sold seperately from multipacks? The manager is also very rude.

Always huge stock gaps. Deliveries don?t arrive. Freezers completely empty. Just don?t bother risking it and head to Tesco Extra instead.

My local corner shop. It?s a mini Morrisons market, but also it has a Post Office counter and a Costa Coffee automatic machine. Friendly service. Outside of the shop, there is a cash point (charge £1.65 per using) and a Post box. Free car parking outside of the store.
