Had a great experience at the m&s at Nugent/Orpington- i took my elderly mum to do her food shopping there and there was a really helpful friendly young chap called Taylor- what a really pleasant member of staff -!

Really easy to shop now there are more self service checkouts. The click and collect service is brilliant too, in and out in no time. Would highly recommend.
