I called in to do an out-of-the-ordinary transaction, wasn't sure if local branch could do it, but Emma was exceptionally helpful and efficient. It was all done in a few minutes. Emma is a real gem at the branch. Thank you.

Terrible customer service, disrespectful staff, unprofessional, staff members disregard people queing and put their own friends ahead of que, staff keep on making mistakes, staff members often full of lies and empty promises. Also seems like this bank's manager/ess is racist or maybe very unintelligent person as everytime i come to this bank, i never saw a male staff member. I suggest you close your account and use Barclays Bank or HSBC banks instead.
