For agencies around Orpington, and having dealt with all the others (both selling and buying), I can confidently say that Langford Russell are the best ones, in particular the Locksbottom branch. Jackie Ray was helpful not only with our purchase, but our entire chain from sale to completion. My experience with LR Locskbottom has been nothing but amazing!, fabulous! and definitely positive in all ramifications.I had a dealing with Sophie who has been super helpful from my very day 1. I viewed a few properties advertised by LR and other agencies but she stood out among others.Sophie was quite friendly and a good listener.I would say she paid attention to every detail and quite prompt in her responses. This is a very high performing team at Langford Russell, Locksbottom Branch: Sophie, Jackie and Steve. Exceeded our expectations by demonstrating a high degree of professionalism and responsiveness. All of them had a genuine desire to help us buy our dream home. A special mention goes to Jackie for her advice and guidance and to Sophie who went above and beyond to help find moving company at a short notice (when lot of moving companies were not available during busy period) which made the house move stress free.
