I put my house on the market last summer and had an offer within about 3 weeks! Completed recently after some delays (on the buyer?s side) - Oliver and Louise were relentless in driving everything forward to get us over the line. They were steadfast and positive right throughout which was a solace to me. They constantly kept me updated and were fluid right through to respond and adjust as needed. Best Estate Agent in Orpington! Oliver gave us confidence and he said we would sell quickly and Will kept us informed throughout the process. Will and Oliver achieved the sale of our home very quickly and put the previous agent to shame. They achieved a very good sale price for us even in the doom and gloom that people are talking about in the property market. The marketing and photo ideas got buyers to view the property within days of marketing and we got our offers within a week. The Back office team had kept everyone up to date. And Will called regularly to offer any help and support. He even gave us advice on our new home purchase which was very helpfull. Being familiar with sour and awful experience with countless estate agents and agencies, we finally found the team at Langford Russell to be operating with utmost professionalism and fairness. I thought we were lucky to have found Willam at Langford Russell's Orpington office who guided and helped us every step of the way to making sure we were treated fairly throughout the process of purchasing our first house. William not only made sure we were getting a fair deal, he helped push the conveyancing solicitors, equipped us with all relevant information and contacts, and made us aware of any blindspots we should be considering to make sure our purchase was fully vetted, secured and as per expectations. I genuinely thought William was stellar and was critical part of us getting on the property ladder. Cannot recommend his services enough!

Never leave feedback however, when you get exceptional service like we have over the last few weeks from Chris Forde in the Lettings Team, then it?s well worth giving praise when its due. Chris Forde is your man especially if you?re a busy person like me. I never had to call him or chase a thing. Always kept me updated throughout the process whether by email, text or phone day or night. Always returned my call if he ever missed a call! Never promised what he couldn?t deliver, but always delivered even on the maybes. I had five different estate agents view our home as I wanted to compare before deciding. I met with Chris from Langford Russell last. He never oversold or put me under pressure to sign up with them. He came prepared with info, he was punctuational for every meeting and professional at all times. I chose Langford as thier communication excelled my expectation from that very first visit. Chris worked tirelessly and with enthusiasm. He put our mind at ease, so I didn?t have to worry about finding the right tenants or reducing the rental price. A genuine and honest team of hardworking professionals including Martin in property management.You may find a slight difference in commission charged by varying estate agents in Orpington and surrounding as I did my research, however when you put your property on the market with two agents and one agent books loads of viewings with multiple offers coming in and giving regular feedback and you get another estate agent suggesting you need to reduce the rent to get any interest, then you know what your paying for! It?s called high standards and exceptional customer service. Plus, they are competitive, so you won?t go wrong, by making Langford your right choice.
