I went to kwik fit for two new tyres and ended up changing all four. Whilst driving on the M25 a warning light came up. Checked the tyre pressure on all four tyres and one was 10 psi over. Not happy.

After 9 months of noise in the suspension, several visits to different workshops and brands, these guys managed to address the problem and fix it in just two hours , worth every penny and highly recommended if you need check suspension

Awful experience .. booked for 11am the following day ?. Arrived early waited till 12.30 only to find they quoted wrong tyres ? said they had the run flats in stock so could still do it ?. But an extra £50 ?. Not impressed?. But we said just get it done ?.Now said they couldn?t find locking wheel nut - it was deffo in boot?. I searched the boot ?. Very odd how it suddenly disappeared!!!!! Said there was nothing they could do!!!! Don?t think they had the tyres at all!! Total waste of 3 hours? they tried to overcharge, missing wheel nuts, and no apology ?. Would avoid at all costs!!!! Went elsewhere locally no issues and £56 cheaper!!!

Shoutout to Joe at the front desk ? absolute gent!
I had my vehicle booked in for a week later, but brought it to the workshop early luckily the tyres arrived on site. Joe sorted everything out, got all four tyres changed ahead of schedule and tracking, made the whole process smooth. Really grateful for the excellent service and for accommodating me!

AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS.
I went in yesterday around 2.30pm with a tyre puncture and was booked in for 9:30am this morning (fair enough if they could not fit me in same day).
I arrived at 9:34am this morning and the worker checked my booking, said it was all fine then went to get another man who came and said because I was 7 minutes late, they won't get to my until 11:30am. I corrected him that I was 4 minutes late and will be busy the rest of the day. He was so rude and patronising, telling me how busy he also is.
For this behaviour, I have taken the car elsewhere where I am treated with courtesy and will avoid this kwik fit at every cost!

Having been let down for the second time by a different big company beginning with H, I was looking for something local and well known. Easily booked online for a tyre check. There were loads of appointments available.
When I arrived it was fairly busy but I was checked in quickly with Joe at reception.
My car was seen straight away and another young chap (I didn?t get his name), assessed my tyres.
I was then passed on to Faz who was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
He explained everything I needed to know in detail and helped me find the right tyres.
After the work was complete, we inspected the car together to ensure I was happy before leaving.
Cannot fault these guys. On a separate note, the workplace seemed lively and happy with some of the mechanics singing along to the radio. It was a busy day, but morale was high.

16/06 25 Out dor, flat! Why don't modern cars have spares? AA litterally super glued puncture got to Kwick Fit, Sevenopaks say. What a great bunch! job done quick, not expensixe, and the boys have a great sense of humour. Thank you all
