I had wonderful customer service this morning from Caroline in the Orpington branch. I had a frustrating issue with my app and online banking account that I couldn't resolve over the phone, so I went in person. Caroline was able to resolve it quickly for me. Efficient and friendly - perfect combo.
Counterless service, with our branch colleagues on hand to find the most appropriate banking method via our self-service and digital channels.We understand the importance of making our branches inclusive and accessible for everybody so we run a daily quiet hour, between 14:00 and 15:00, in all of our UK branches. This is to support customers and families with conditions such as autism, dementia and ADHD.We support the domestic abuse charity Hestia's 'UK Says No More' campaign, so you can walk into any of our branches and access a Safe Space. It will provide a safe and discrete space to reach out to friends and family, contact specialist support services, phone a helpline and start your journey to recovery.
