It maybe a mini version of a usual H&B store, but, the staff here are so helpful, resourceful having vested interest in the welfare of the customer over just selling anything off the rack. Special thanks to Lesley and Antonina, they have always been nice to my family, given us useful tips, advises and product information. Also on how best we can use our H&B loyalty card and deals to save money. They even sweetly pamper my little one and she loves going to the store for her dose of healthy snacks. As the store is small, I usually order my items online and it quickly gets delivered for pick up from this local store. I have been visiting H&B stores for years, but, when we moved local, I found the service in this store way more personalised, warm and welcoming. Keep up the great work!

Stood around at the till waiting to be served for 4 mins whilst the staff were having a nag. Actually slagging someone off, which, from what I could hear, was a customer that had been in that day. When they did finally spot me, I was made to feel like I was interrupting. (One had her head propped on her hand, elbow on the shelf and had a foot on the bottom shelf, in a very relaxed manner, which made me think she had been stood there for a long tome)I was going to collect a click and collect item. That they could not find in their collection cupboard. 3 days after I had bought it online to collect in store.I was told by a particularly rude and very forward member of staff that it wasn't in the cupboard as I had not had the message to collect, I should only come in when i habe received the message. To which I told her I had ordered it 3 days prior, and there were 3 of these items in store. So why had my purchase not been processed yet?She was obv feeling a bit embarrassed now and said,'we have been rushed off of our feet'. I find that hard to believe as whenever I walk past that shop, it is empty.Terrible, rude customer service will not help footfall. Other than click and customers, the majority of business in high street shops are people popping in as they are shopping on the High Street anyway.To then be ignored and made to feel like you are in the wrong. Not good Holland and Barrett, I expected much better customer service.I will not be coming back.

A basic and very small version of H&B with not much selection of anything in it. I visited to pick up some health supplements to find out that they had none of the items on my list in stock, so it ended up being a wasted journey.To reiterate: this store is *very* small, with the aisle being wide enough for just one person to effectively browse.If you're in need of something, just go into Bromley and visit their H&B - much bigger and with a much larger variety

Love all Holland & Barrettâ??s!
This one is not the largest HB, but sure does have most essentials. The staff are always helpful and patient with you.
A tip: I have had some really good experiences with the offers that are there. When there is any of the half price or 99p offers, I look around for things I really require and end up getting a very good deal; such deals that are very difficult to get (even in HB).
So I always spend a few minutes every time I have some time in the shop looking for some good deals!

This is a small shop and not easy to move around in. If anything there is too much on display. I always find what I need but it is too cramped to move around and browse. I use my loyalty card and get the benefits.
