shamed to have Macy to cut my hair. When I told her my neck was in pain because of her scissors were poking my skin and the comb was scratching too hard. Her response was "is it really?" Not even made appologies. my neck was red for a few hours. completely impolite and unprofessional.

i came to get my hair styled in june for my birthday and truly had the best time experience! such warm and friendly staff and the girl who did my hair (so sorry i can?t remember her name)was absolutely amazing and more she is so incredible at making me feel good for my birthday! thank you to all the staff

I dont think they understood what I wanted, my hair is different lengths and looks ridiculous, will have to get my hair redone elsewhere as I cannot leave it like this.Definitely not worth the price.
