Welcomed me in store and were very helpful. I will only go here from now on. Eltham store could learn a lot from
them. I'd never set foot in Eltham store, they were lazy and unhelpful waste of time in my opinion and need serious training. Hopefully the ones I saw have left.

Today, I visited the EE store in Nugent Shopping Centre, Orpington, and I have to say I had a very disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely ignored. The staff didn?t even greet me or acknowledge my presence. I understand that they might have been busy with other customers, but a simple ?hello? or letting me know it would take some time to be attended to would have made a big difference. Instead, I was left standing there feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer.
Good customer service involves at least recognising a customer?s presence, even if there?s a wait. A quick reassurance that I?d be next or an apology for the delay would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, that didn?t happen, and I was left with the impression that the service in this store is far from acceptable.
Personally, I won?t be returning to this store again and wouldn?t recommend it to anyone. If this is the standard of customer service, then it?s clear they don?t value their customers. A very disappointing experience overall.
I visited other EE stores, and they were significantly better than the one located in Nugents shopping center in Orpington.

Just outstanding. The young tall black guy (sorry i do not know his name) working here was so helpful when I was having trouble with my new phone. Nothing was to much trouble he was great. 5 stars for outstanding customer service

Absolutely awful shop. The staff member we were served by although polite was useless.
A simple job and still were no further to getting my phone on!!
More bothered telling us not to leave the store as the sensor will think they?ve had more customers than sales!!!
Then more bothered trying to add different products rather than helping us with our faulty sim query which has now been checked through customer service and he didn?t even do that correctly! So yet another day without my phone and another journey after work tomorrow to a different store as I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE

Fantastic service on the past two weekends helping my family and myself. Couldn't be more helpful and knowledgeable. Made the whole process easy and cheaper than my previous contract. A real credit to EE. Will return with the rest of the family in October.
