They have a very lovely selection of beds there at dreams orpington

The staff that work there are very kind lovely friendly

We found Lee at the Orpington store extremely helpful and knowledgeable . He knew all the products specs inside out. He further gave us the time to consider choices and trial things to make and informed decision. The bed assessment technology at Dreams was very good too. We felt no pressure to jump into a decision. I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend dreams after our experience

Recently visited the Orpington Spring Vale Retail Park store to order three new beds and various mattresses. We were served by Jasbir, who was absolutely marvellous. She could not have been more helpful, polite and friendly. She even made us tea and coffee. And the best advice too. Many thanks Jasbir!

The customer service was excellent, there were 2 ladies working when we entered and both greeted us. The lady who served me was very knowledgeable on the mattress that I was interested in buying, got me a discount on a mattress protector, offered us a drink while processing out order which was a nice touch. After completing the sale she took the time to discuss another bed that I am interested in buying in the future. She was very friendly and patient going through different options for extras I might need with my purchase
