I have ordered from dominos a couple of times but I'm appalled at the last service I received. After ordering a week before and everything was fine I ordered again to then be told I'm banned from dominos. Banned?? For what? The man on the phone said I've been banned for 5 years at the address. And was told by head office. He couldn't give an answer. For one I haven't lived at my address for 5 years, and secondly Ive definitely ordered a few times in the time I've lived here I even ordered literally the week before. He tried to say it wasn't on the system. I called head office and they didn't know what they were talking about and could see I ordered the week before! They said they were going to email the franchise and ask them to verify and still haven't heard nothing back. The crazy thing is I paid and had to wait days for a refund. And still have no explaination or apology for clearly an error. They need to take more care in updating and verifying information. They didn't deliver my order and they have lost a customer. I now order from pizza hut. Much better service.

Worst pizza place for getting orders wrong.
Ordered 3 pizzas on app to for collection.. when I arrived one pizza was not what I had ordered, I explained to the staff that the order was wrong but all I got was bad customer service & told there was nothing they could do .. not helpful at all. Ending up with a pizza I didn?t order & had to buy another pizza ( the one I had originally ordered ) & waited another 15 mins. If I hadn?t of already paid online I would have gone else where. Won?t be using this shop again.

The food was very nice, baked perfectly ?
Sadly, as always, the service has been very rude.
The person who took the order was so pleasant, right opposite service received when I went to collect.
Also, I've noticed the woman who was next to toppings, believe in charge of making the pizza, been wiping noe on her t-shirt sleeves. Also where a man who was rude, at the point of delivery, was scratching his private part.
This is truly disgusting.
Knowing or unknowing, they need to take care of the hygiene side as well as learn some manarism. Being polite brings customers back.

Always easy and efficient way to order food, do delicious cookies which they could do more variety of.

Went here at just after 1am on a Friday with a friend after a late shift - food was great, they got all of our order right even though it was pretty busy, and the staff were friendly. I'd go again.
