Closed everytime I go down when it says it's open like now at 11.15am on a Saturday or Thursday at 11.30am. when it's open the lady has a character but the parcels go out. Son has nice customer service. Sorry guys but you shouldn't close randomly without a sign

I return my parcels via evri here. Shop looks pretty empty stock wise but to be able to send parcels is great!

They are a joke! Came to drop off the parcel at 10.30 as thats when the shop opens. Waited 20 mi minutes for someone to turn up! Locals told me that they do not open until about 11, had to walk away. What a joke! Amend your opening hours if you don?t intend to open at 10.30!!!Rang them about 12.30 to see if they open and what time they close and mentioned that waited 20 min in the morning and no one urned up. I have been told that ?they are family business and open when they want?I suppose that explains everything!

Walked about a mile there for the Hermes drop. Both the Hermes site and google times said the store should be open. Store closed with all lights on and no note. We stayed for almost a half hour and gave up. It was out of my way and I will never go back.
