Absolutely unrespectful noise from the staff talking aloudly when tidying up, knocking chairs, smell of chemicals. I was asked to move to another room so that they could clean it at 16:30 while I was working. It's a very frustrating unpleasant experience today.

Poor service and poor hygiene. Only 2 staff members onsite one of which took a lunch break when a customer asked if her table could be wiped. This was not done. Table was cleared but not cleaned. Not pleasant staff so the whole experience today was unforunately not a positive one. It is my local cofee shop but I don't think I will be coming back again. Would to suggest to Costa managers that sufficient staffing and hygiene are still important to decent customers and are part of the whole experience so I personally will be looking for a nice cup of coffee elsewhere.

Unfortunately, the service today was very rude by one of the servers who was very unhelpful when asked to apply the coffees onto the app which I registered after the drinks were purchased. She says her name was Honey. It was a hostile atmosphere and extremely unhelpful to try to allocate the drinks onto the app!

A typical costa.But...... the current staff need a sorting they are often away from the counter behind the wall to the left on their phones when people are waiting. I've watched the woman mix three different types of milk in the jug for a regular latte and my colleague is certain the chap used one coffee serving split over two lattes. They tasted exceptionally weak to be fair and drink them regularly from all over the south east of England.The food can sometimes look a bit thrown on a plate.The back room desperately needs a tidy up to be honest feels like a canteen when you walk in.Such a shame as its location is very convenient.

Popped in for a quick coffee whilst working in the area. Probably the worst coffee I have ever had in any Costa coffee branch.Watched the fella mix full cream, semi skimmed and skimmed milk into one jug to use up what was left in the bottles.When asked about this the chap denied it.Also watched him use one shot of espresso to make two cups of lattes.No wonder mine tasted so weak.Got to the end of my drink and found way to much granules in the bottom.Very disappointed with this branch, certainly not up to the usual standard and won't be visiting again.

Very expensive for a Costa and utterly revolting. Tasted like a mouthful of coffee grounds rather than a flat white. Deeply unpleasant.
