Not great, they let a well known local beggar in to their coffee shop whom then harasses customers for freebies. Not very clean either..

This is dirty shop with bad practices.
I gave to me dirty knife and folk with my dessert. I went back and ask for clean one they clean the blade of knife and left the dirty, with stain and water marks on the handle and brought it back to me. Flies were in the croissant cabinet helping themself on croissants.

When you go into a coffee shop, the outcome you're looking for is to leave (or indeed stay) with a hot beverage. Not to be left standing for one minute whilst the staff, in full view, giggle and titter at something on their phones. I had a train to catch and had to leave with one less beverage than I'd intended.

Best service I have ever had in a Costa coffee. Food was hot good cortardo and staff friendly and polite.

My son is 16 and has cerebral palsy and the lady behind the counter wouldn?t take an order from him, And kept looking at me to answer all of the questions about the drink he required, every time she asked me a question I just looked at him and she never quite got the point.. he is disabled, not incapable, also needed to repeat every question about the order seven or eight times before we finally got what we wanted. Not great.

I haven't stayed here to get anything. I think I brought a coffee for my friend who used to own the off licence. But the staff are very friendly and welcoming ??? ?

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The shop floor is clean and managed well. The service is usually pretty fast and they have always responded to my requests. I have dined in several times for lunch and never had an issue, although I would say that the food does tend to sell out very quickly and does not tend to replenish closer to the end of the day so bare this in mind if stopping for anything other than cakes or biscuits/snacks. There are plenty of paid parking options in and around Petts wood around side roads.Parking: Ring go parking down side streets and restricted yellow line times (8-10am)

Ordered my food through JustEat. Never arrived. Waited an hour then I tried calling, only to recieve a reaponse from an automated line stating "our line is closed currently". Money never got refunded into my account.
