Not great, they let a well known local beggar in to their coffee shop whom then harasses customers for freebies. Not very clean either..

This is dirty shop with bad practices. I gave to me dirty knife and folk with my dessert. I went back and ask for clean one they clean the blade of knife and left the dirty, with stain and water marks on the handle and brought it back to me. Flies were in the croissant cabinet helping themself on croissants.

When you go into a coffee shop, the outcome you're looking for is to leave (or indeed stay) with a hot beverage. Not to be left standing for one minute whilst the staff, in full view, giggle and titter at something on their phones. I had a train to catch and had to leave with one less beverage than I'd intended.
