Dirty glasses, wet trays and chairs with employees' aprons left on them. I couldn't drink my tea when I saw the dirt encrusted in the glass. I was shocked by the dirt and lack of hygiene of the employees when handling coffee and tea. This is a warning to the owners and managers.

Honestly, I like this Costa but the staff are extremely loud. You can hear every little conversation they have not really enjoyable if you're sitting just to have a bite to eat, specially the girl with red hair.

I find that the manager is unfriendly. I make better coffee for myself at home and the recent refurbishment is disappointing. The tables are very small the chairs are hard and the shop has little to no atmosphere

They didn?t ask if I wanted my veggie food cooked with meat and did it anyway. Also watched them make drinks, when semi skimmed milk ran out instead of bothering to get a new one out gave me skimmed milk. Was abrupt and rude when talking too us and floor was a mess.

A spacious, light and airy branch. Kept very clean. A good range of food but would like to see more vegetarian and vegan options. Staff very friendly. This is always my go to coffee shop when in Orpington.
