JOYFUL JENNI ..!!Just wanted to express my love and appreciation for Joyful Jenni and Sensational Sam ..!!I visited the salon for the first time as a client yesterday and I am outstanded by the high level of client care and skill set for my manicure.I myself am I a trained therapist and teacher so I know what I am talking about. Jenni used care and consideration when conducting my manicure and pedicure. And I am delighted she doesn?t use drills on the nails.The salon was baby friendly too with Jennis member of staff helping me with the baby thank you so much ..!!The salon was fresh, clean and bright with free parking outside. They were even doing a McMillan Cake sale yesterday raising money for charity.My gel manicure and pedicure was superb and I love the colour.I was particularly impressed with how quickly my gel removal on my fingers and ties was completed by Jenni. There was no drills involved and no damage to my natural nail as a result.The gel mani and pedi was excellent value for money and I have already rebooked. I can?t wait for my next visit and my next colour ..!!All in all an enchanting experience from start to finish ?!!10 / 10 from me and Baby Xavier ..!!So what are you waiting for ?? Have been coming to Color Pop since 2018 and wouldn't go anywhere else for my nails. The team are highly skilled, friendly and knowledgable. Jenni hasn't flinched any of my Pinterest nail art pictures and Sam is a master of a pedicure! Appointment only so no waiting around (although with so many colours to choose from you might need it). Absolutely spotless salon. Highly recommend!Services: Foot massages

Color Pop is the best & most hygienic nail salon. My nails are in the best condition so strong & healthy. Jenni, Sam & Kathy are so welcoming & friendly. Appointments only so the salon is never crowded. I wouldn?t go anywhere else now I have found Color Pop

Highly recommended. Amazing nails every time, I wouldn?t go anywhere else now. Friendly, clean salon, no design is ever to much for Jen either. She will always do it & it will always come out even better than you expect! Gels always last at least 3 weeks. Thank you Color Pop!

I didn't want to give one star but unfortunately my manicure gel polish peeled off completely within a week! I was offered a complementary manicure but felt very unwelcomed as turned up almost 3 weeks after my initial visit - I don't think that Sam understands how hard it is for a new mum to get out of the house! The shop policy covers only 5 days! I was asked for pictures which I had, although Sam with my first call told me that he knows what went wrong...really?! How come(?) I decided that I didn't want someone with this attitude to re-do my nails...There is no customer care. I was told at the end that "maybe this service is not for me"...and that's probably right!Services: Pedicure

Very bad experience. When made an appt on the phone I was told that will cost £30 in the end I paid £42. The lady she added tips instead extensions as I wanted. The nails looked ugly. I went to remove after 2 days. Will never ever go back

Jenny & Sam are absolutely fantastic! From the minute I started going to their shop, they were welcoming. They are both so knowledgeable and actually give you advice how you can look after your nails. Sam regularly gives advice to me & my mum about how to look after our feet. I've never come out unhappy. My nails always look gorgeous and I always know I'm getting excellent treatment. You will not find people more invested in actually looking after your hands and feet!Services: Pedicure

Excellent service! I had my nails done exactly the way I wanted and the nail art is fab. Everything is clean and sanitised. Salon is tidy and has comfortable seats. Staff are all friendly. I felt very welcomed here, would love to come back!
