Not a good store to go to. Most of the staff have poor customer service. 2 staff workers are excellent. Keep getting starred at, and followed around the store, made to feel like a criminal. Not a nice place to shop, feels awkward.
And there is constantly people in there shoplifting and running out after stealing, what a disgrace.

Terrible quality of fresh food ! ( veg & flowers) They do not substitute items on home delivery , although you pay quite a substantial fee for substitute products ! Sort it out , if there is a manager ( have a run around, check and throw away the old stock ! Instead of serving it to home delivery where it's just chucked in the bin ) Not happy at all !!! This is not a 1 off problem but a constant issue !!!

If someone asks for a specific item and a specific replacement if you don't have said item. Don't then choose something completely different and send it anyway when the customer says they don't want that different item. I didn't ask for your personal choice. I asked for what I picked or the replacement I picked and because you ignored my replacement pick and ignored me telling you I don't want what you picked out I now have something I didn't ask for and was forced to pay for it. Thank you very much. Do your job it's not hard.

Worst service in the country staff can't be bothered to pick correct order delivery is complete rubbish customer service don't understand English complete waste of time im one second away from doing something stupid never again.

I'm usually a very p3ositivie reviewer and understand the logistics of businesses and how it can get busy for staff, but don't get your parcel from DPD for pick-up from here. I asked for my parcel and they told me someone was coming and to wait at the back door. 20 minutes of waiting and asking again, I had to leave the shop as I had to pick someone up.Came back 20 minutes later, saw the same guy I asked before, and he assured me someone was coming. He then scurried into the back room, got dressed in a hoodie, and left the shop for another 10 minutes before coming back. He was willing to walk past me straight out the back again before I stopped him and said I was getting angry as I had been waiting over a total of 40 minutes for a parcel. He asked, "Have you not spoken to the lady?". I'm a very calm person and have never been an angry customer, but this obviously irked me enough before I told him he knew I had spoken to him about it.He disappeared again before an actual helpful member of staff who appeared to have just started her shift saw me holding my ID and went out back to get me the parcel. Nearly an hour of my Friday night wasted trying to pick up a parcel from Co-Op. Thanks ??

the staff are usually really nice but I was recently charged for three Nutellas when I only bought one and didn't notice til I was already home. Also, the shelves have been consistently bare since the start of covid and the spice shelf is generally completely empty - even though other co-ops I have been to have had full spice shelves?

Ordered via deliveroo - terrible service. I only wanted one particular thing and it was unavailable so I wanted to cancel the order (as I only bulked up the order to meet the minimum order requirements). But I was told it was too late to cancel as they were already ?preparing my food? - bearing in mind everything I bought was frozen items and the order hadn?t been picked up by the driver yet ! I was told that if I cancelled I?d still be charged the full amount anyway so there?s no point. Honestly rubbish service and I will never reorder.

Foods ok,its the people who serve you. 3 in front of me & at least 9 waiting after me. Staff to busy having full blown conversations with customers & amongst themselves. Certainly wouldnt pass a mystery shopper transactions !!!!

So I was a doughnut today and dropped my purse in Cotmandene. I realised in about 2 minutes and walked back to where it could have been and it was gone ??? I went into the shop I had been in and nope, not there. I cancelled all my bank cards and once home thought I would call Co-op just to see if anyone had handed it in. To my delight, a young man called Alex who works in Co-op had picked it up and handed it into his manager. Alex is my hero. What an absolute star ??????

Just a coop..small always quite well stocked but limited in choice. Staff friendly and disabled friendly.
