I went to the Co-op store in Orpington today at Carlton Parade, and I noticed that many of the items and food being sold are very overpriced. The prices are much higher compared to other shops nearby. This makes it hard for customers to afford their everyday shopping. I believe the store should review their prices so that local people can buy what they need at fair and reasonable costs.

Can never get through on the phone . Missing items happens a lot . Don?t get any emails telling me if stuff is out of stock but charge me for them

Very rude staff, went to try and use a coupon didn?t even attempt to help or try the bar code , imagine if I was a struggling mother and she didn?t even help bother with it , absolute joke of a shop. When speaking to family members they say the same thing always rude staff.

Went into this store this evening. Awful customer service provided by the cashier. She didn't even bother to acknowledge me . Constantly on her phone. No please or thank you. No receipt offered. The customer in front of me was treated exactly the same. Unacceptable. Disappointing as other staff are so helpful and friendly

I?ve been using this store for a few years and the staff and service is always great.But this time I got the worst attitude from a young member of staff who when I asked that I didn?t receive a receipt from the automatic till. I said can you print me off one please as I need to put it on my business expenses. If no receipt then can I return my items and she refused that also. They decided to write me a receipt on paper which didn?t say anything but the name of the items!Very bad service.

Just been served by the most disinterested assistant I think I've ever witnessed. Served and almost thrown my change in total silence. The previous customer was treated just as badly. More interested being on her phone and clearly put out by having to do the job she's paid for.Step aside and let someone do your job who wants to do it!Awful.

Terrible customer service. Says store shuts at 10pm. Got here before 9.50pm to be refused entry. No milk for the kids in the morning. Never will I spend my hard earned money in this establishment ever again?
