Brought a FC25 game £28 .
Trying to load it and it keeps stopping and now stopped. Now I want to talk to someone and no you can't its all around the houses ... what is the point of putting a phone number up just to be told go online only to do anything. PONY

Absolutely superb. They even called me to tell me my item was worth more because of the condition. The staff are excellent. Ignore any poor reviews, I've used these guys countless times and can't fault them. Highly recommend.

Addition: sold me Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2 earbuds, unfortunately battery fully charged and drained within 10 minutes. Faulty. Now refunded.

Great for bargains. Cheap dvds,box sets and games. Very good selection of wide range of electronics. TV documentaries, world cinema and wide range of movies right across the genres. Very good selection of PlayStation/Xbox various games for all levels,ages and systems. Card /cash accepted, plus click and collect available. Wide range of phones, game consoles and accessories. Cheap and affordable prices. Very good and up to date app system. All games/dvds are alphabetical listed. Very handy when searching for specific titles. All well maintained and workable. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable about specific titles. Membership cards are available, and phones are tested for battery wear in stores which is a big help. Bright, cheerful and friendly. Also music dvds. Worth a look in. Never know what goodies that will find. Sometimes can be a bit crowded, but fast service and rewarding prices. Always worth a visit.

I came into the store today to look at some rather cheap used Sony headphones, unfortunately this turned out to be a negative experience. Firstly the staff look miserable and generally quite depressed. Secondly, when trying on the headphones the member of staff came round the counter on two occasions for what i believe incase I decided to run off with them ?. To treat anybody in this way is unacceptable but what do you expect from Cex, who are selling used goods 5% under the actual retail price. Ill never go back into this branch until the day I die.

Good experience at the Orpington branch. Traded in my son's PS4. Got a good price and BACS payment was made the same day, so cannot fault the service.
