Freezing part of the hell.
it is warmer outside than inside. can't stand/shop in this freezer for two minutes. don't know how staff can work over there.

11th Jan 24 passed the garage tonight - all closed and shutters down by 21.45. What time did they lock the doors tonight?As a BP bunker user, it would be nice if they kept to their official times as I resume work in the morning at 05.30 and would like to start the day with a full tank.Footnote:BP Careline has replied to my comments - interestingly using exactly the same words (apart from the agent's name changing) as the poor review published 3 months ago - which also complained about hours of operation!Nice to know complaints are dealt with via "copy & paste"!

The amount of times l visit this garage and it?s closed at random times. Why advertise opening hours if you don?t stick to them. 8.20pm on a Tuesday and closed???

Staff mess around with your order - other staff are aware and don?t do anything - reported to serious complaints teamI ordered coffee - what arrived was pictured below a cup full of ice with a Murky liquid with powders on the top - god know what it was - it ranged from blue to white to brown ? - no label or anythingOrder delivery no #3002BP staff admitted he thinks he knew who it was as was only him and one other working - and he?s sort it - almost like it?s not the first timeI will be taking this to civil court once I have the relevant details - serious breach of my health & safetyStill awaiting a response from serious complaints team - no doubt never will ?
