Great Pharmacy First service provided from Fiona (Pharmacist). I'd read up about the service and walked on this morning and spoke to Fiona within just a couple of minutes. She held a comprehensive consultation and was able to diagnose a throat infection and prescribe the right antibiotics. I am already starting to feel better. Thanks for the fantastic customer service Fiona!

I have been a loyal customer to boots for over 20 years but however for a while now I have been disappointed in how I have been treated with my Petts wood branch.
The staff have made me feel like I am a nuisance and I sometimes have to wait all
Day for my prescription when the doctors assures me he has sent its down.
However today I was so happy to be greeted with a warm smile and so much help. I only came in to get some antihistamines.
The new young lady that I have not seen before on the counter served me with such kindness and was full of help and knowledge.
I feel she is exactly what this shop needed and I look forward to seeing her again. I wish I had taken her name

Today I had a consultation with the pharmacist at Boots, Petts Wood. She diagnosed my condition and prescribed antibiotics. The service I received was extremely professional and courteous. It's great that Boots is offering this service and I would certainly use it again.

There are currently 2 staff members here, one male, one (older) female. They?re the scruffiest, grubbiest looking Boots staff I?ve ever encountered - their uniforms are far from the crisp white of the usual Boots uniform, and they just look unkempt! They move as if they?re carrying the worked around. Their manner is dismissive and unfriendly, the shop is a shambles - grubby and sparse. The whole shop looks like it needs a good scrub and the staff look like they need a good wash!

Extremely helpful on the phone and in person out of all the pharmacy?s we contacted and visited they were the best. Staff very helpful and polite and professional. Would recommend this boots chemist against others I have costed

The staff are extremely overbearing and demanding and it?s horrible to interact with them and one of them had a really nasty and off putting demeanour for dealing with customers. One of the nastiest people I have had to deal with. Whatever their prejudice problem is with dealing with a black person or whatever. Just want to get my prescription and it should be straightforward but instead you have to deal with these with nasty and unkind attitudes, full of prejudice and judgement, petty profiling and assumptions and they scan up and down your appearance rudely asking for Id and zero awareness of confidentiality like you?re a criminal. Nasty demanding monsters then they expect me to be answering all their demanding questions. Just give me the prescription and leave alone I don?t who why they were bothering me so much I have and want nothing to do with them. Draining energy vampires and typical mean girls.They were demoralising and condescending. I was also asked intrusive questions. There people are just power hungry idiots. Typical petts wood mind numbing narrow mindedness. I wish I could just do this all online so I don?t have to deal with you ego tripping monsters. It is bad for your well-being to go that place. It is really a disservice to myself self having to tolerate and be cordial with these people cannot conduct themselves are were blatantly being rude and disrespectful. You guys are disgusting pigs. (02/05/23 evening) I am fed up of this type of narrow minded treatment time and time again. You people are a pain and I hope you suffer. Minus 5 stars.

An absolute shambles. I won?t even go into the story of what I went though with the pharmacist but I will never visit again.

Useless and incompetent staff. Takes ages to get served, eben if you manage to find anything in their depleted stock. Much easier and more efficient to shop on line.
