Efficient and friendly

I was seen and examined by a trainee optometrist, who has ?2 weeks? ? experience in the field, at Boots Opticians Orpington .To be fair she did a decent job., and I don?t have any complaints.
However, the supervising qualified optometrist never showed up during the 1-2 hrs examination, which I think is essential to reassure the patient/ customer, at least to ensure the quality of service Boots is offering

As always, the staff are very friendly, and efficient at what they do. I had a warm welcome from Joanna, had the pre-apppintment tests explained to me and administered well by Ijeoma and had my eye test and consultation with Helen.
I have a complex prescription and feel completely safe and confident in my treatment and care at Boots.
I highly recommend this practice.

Orpington boots optician highly recommended. Thorough eye examination by the optician. The accuracy of the combined lenses. Clean and organised working environment. Positive energy from a diverse workforce.

Popped in today to see if they could help with making my sunglasses smaller to fit better. The gentleman at the door was extremely helpful and fixed it in a matter of seconds. Will be going back to Boots as my own optician because of this. Thanks again to the Guy today!
