Went today to buy shark fan. No problem. 4 staff in shop,only 1 was working, rest were talking. Ask for help carrying but was told that their trolley was stolen and only male working was busy! So item was heavy to carry. Thanks argos.customer service Not Very good!!

Just got a cooker delivered after waiting 7 weeks and it showed up damged aint had a cooker for 2weeks as i got rid of mine as was informed would be delivered 2weeks ago and then got told the van broke down and had to wait till the 3rd of feb was delivered this morning and i just opened the box as i went out not to happy to find it damged after waiting nearly 2month + not having my cooker for 2weeks of them weeks as they messed around with the delivery

Really helpful, they didn't have the item I wanted in stock but was served by a lovely lady, Mia. She helped order me one in to collect for tomorrow. She was very smiley and very polite.

I had ordered bathroom items to be delivered to my house and wanted to return them in store, the lady Sonia and manager Chris refused to take my items to refund because they ?no longer take items that are delivered to customers? Sonia in particular was rude, moaned because I showered her the receipts but it didn?t have pictures on it that clearly wasn?t good enough for her. The items are brand new and the lady that first dealt with me was helpful and willing to help but then Sonia came and was just unpleasant person. She also spoke foul about another customer in front of me which goes to show how professional and a horrible person she is.

Most of the staff and managers are very rude and will never greet or smile at you. If you pay by cash the Manager and few staff treat you like a Criminal. Going there for almost 8 years but 90 percent time the staff and managers were very rude . Please avoid.

No receipt given when i picked up a hair dryer my daughter paid for and ordered online. Tried to return it. Couldn't even though it was my daughter's account I wanted reimbursed as purchased onlone. Gave up. Called customer service they filled out a firm apparently over the phone, told me I would get a call in 48 hrs over a month ago. Wsrning to all. If you purchase a present for someone and it is unsuitable you cannot return it if purchased online. Still in the box on my dining table. U sure this is even legal ???

Such lovely friendly staff! I accidentally showed up as they were closing due to Google listing the wrong opening hours for Sundays and they were still so kind and helpful.

Was assisted by Denise today. Best customer service ? ??very patient and knows her " Argos stuff". Managed to collect my Ebay parcel in the end . Happy customer.
