Very rude and unhelpful staff. I tried to get the attention of three different employees to ask a simple question, and none of them stopped to speak with me. They rushed back and forth across the shop floor as if to appear busy, but weren?t doing anything or assisting any customers. I even paused to observe for a few minutes and was shocked by how dismissive they were when approached by other customers. Whoever is managing this team is doing a very poor job.

I have been in store a few days ago to buy an outfit for my girlfriend, wasn't sure what to get but luckily I found Sandra in the Ladieswear department who was extremely helpful. She helped me to pick a cool trouser that goes nice with a shirt. She was also very friendly and she had a great knowledge on the products.
Definitely will be back!

I was invited into the fitting rooms at Zara by security, and once I was inside, he kicked me out because I?m female. He then started questioning my appearance and made comments about how I ?don?t look like a girl.?
This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. If the fitting rooms are gendered, that should have been communicated clearly ? not used as an excuse to make someone feel judged and unwelcome.
Always treat people with kindness ?

There was a young man called Shaban who helped me during my shopping in Zara. He had a great attitude and was extremely helpful. He assisted me and also recommended me with other similar clothes after the one I wanted wasn?t in stock

I had great customer service from a chap called Shaban, I was looking for a shoe that went missing from a pair that I desperately needed for a wedding and there were no more pairs in my size. Shaban went above and beyond to look for the other shoe and found it! He was very polite and had a great attitude and went out of his way to help me. Thank you and God bless you ??

The management for the exchange/return service is TERRIBLE HORRIBLE. You have to queue in line for at least 30 mins, along with rest of the other 50 people, she only 2 staff doing the work at the counter. I have no idea what this store manager is thinking. Where are the staffs?????? The other staffs just occasionally walked by to have a fun chat with the counter staff (who?s actually doing the work) and walked away? LOL, such a joke?

Shaban In zara Stratford(Westfield) has been really helpful to us customers, Shaban found my mother?s bag, others couldnt find it but he found it. We are really grateful and happy to have him in the shop.
