We usually do our grocery shopping at Waitrose and Marks & Spencer. However, my aunt recently tried a home delivery service via Uber, and we were disappointed with the quality of the food we received. Some items had a one-day expiry date, and the cheese had mould growth the next day. We pay premium prices for our groceries and expect good quality, so this is unacceptable.

This waitrose use to be good, usually they have all the items when you do an online order, today I did an online order on ubereats, the ubereats driver stole my shopping I've reported it to Ubereats still waiting for a refund.I don't know who is picking the items for online orders it's not great they are missing the orders, I know this waitrose very well they are big on stock for them to not have the items in stock, did the member of staff picking the items for online orders check in the warehouse or on the handset if the items was in stock?I would of given this waitrose a 5 star however the delivery for online orders is switched off to early it never use to be like this a few times when I've tried to place an online order.

Good supermarket, although in the late afternoon the vegetable section is often half empty. It would be good it they could refill it in the mid-afternoon. In any case, this is a nice supermarket with many good products.

As a regular customer at Waitrose, I appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. However, the recurring problem with dysfunctional Label Printing Weighing Scales at the fruits and vegetables corners has started to impact my experience. The convenience of self-checkout is often compromised, as these scales are frequently out of order, forcing customers into long counters lines. While the staff apologizes for the inconvenience, I hope that the store management takes more proactive measures to address this ongoing issue, ensuring a smoother shopping process for customers.

Will have people accuse you of stealing and go through your shopping shameful customer service. This shop is very unprofessional and like playing games with the customers, staff are unpleasant and cause stress. Staff take all bargains around the back then want to run to front of the shop which discriminates against disabled people. Put a system in place that is fair and shares out items equally. The staff like giving the customers dirty looks and other customers get special treatment. Some customers they run and hide things from while others get handed stuff on request completely unfair system.

Often lack of fresh products, really hard to get staff attention. It is one of the busiest places around East London, I don?t recommend as you might not get full list of groceries.

The customers service is pathetic!! If you have big shopping list! I suggest to never prefefer this supermarket! Employee name "Rigit" is terrible!! She made sure to make our shopping hell as possible!She doesn't know how to treat the customers! Extremely slow in her service! Making mistakes again n again! And I asked to do it asap, then raised her voice!We asked to call the manager, And she replies ,"If you wanna finish your shopping call the queen to help you" that were her words!! Extremely sarcastic.We are giving average £300 of business to them everyday and this is how you get the treated. Waitrose at Stratford is pathetic in customer service. Seriously!Pathetic! Unacceptable!Not coming in my bad dreams!!

Usually good but quality control could be better. It would take quite a bit of time for some meat to look like that.E: 1 year later, I had to cut 2 more stars. It's simply going downhill. From poor customer service at checkout when assistants chat but don't seem to be bothered to come and approve your alcohol, to non working and leaking fridges all the time or offers on shelf that don't scan at checkout and you still end up paying full price. I bought some minced meat and it was brown in the middle. I took some photos and went back and staff asked me if I took to long to get home in the dead of the winter when it was colder outside than in their fridge. The fresh meat counter is also a hit and miss. It has been several times when I bought produce that ended up in the bin either due to smell or being poor quality and inedible. I used to buy dry aged Sirloins all the time but is just not the same quality anymore.It just seems that this branch is very poorly managed - proof: leaking fridges, empty shelves, cages left randomly, staff pushing cages about to hit you if you don't watch out, staff chatting not being interested in helping, produce looking like in the photo still on the shelves, and just overall quality control.

Terrible store, not like any other Waitrose you will ever visit - so consider it an experience. Always items out of stock, broken freezers, messy shelves, rude staff, huge queues. The Welcome desk never has anybody working behind it so don't expect to be able to get any help there. There are often roll cages left in the middle of the floor, if you're lucky you'll get hit by one. Also don't bother with Quick Check as you still have to join the self service queue. 2/3 shutters at the front of the store are permanently down so the shop looks shut.

Waitrose is a great supermarket to shop in and is part of the john lewis group.The staff own the business and give all customers exceptional customer serviceThere is a large variety of products here and covers all your shopping needs.I would say it is a one stop for all your shopping.Price is a bit more expensive here but hey you pay a bit more for quality products.When i buy pears i want four quality pears and not three ripe and one not so ripe.100/100 for me.I need one of these branches local to my home in holloway.
