Our visit to Urban Outfitters Stratford was really disappointing. The staff were horrible ? rude, judgmental, and clearly uninterested in being there. The attitude we were met with was enough to make us feel unwelcome, and we ended up leaving quickly without wanting to look around further.
It was such an unpleasant experience that we won?t be going back. A real shame, as we were looking forward to browsing, but the service was outright rude and unacceptable.

13/08/2025: Clothes are nice, overpriced, but nice. Came here on my 16th birthday and was by myself, no friends or parents and immediately after i emptied my wallet and bank account the same cashier who tended to me mentioned the another customer that you get 20 percent off on your birthday (that customers birthday was in October iirc) so the cashier chose to bring it up to her but not me? I almost wanted to cry cause i could?ve easily gotten like £80 off. I also noticed a significant difference between how the same cashier treated the customers before and after me compared to me. She wasn?t necessarily mean but was just very half hearted and just wanted to get me out of the way. Other than that it was okay I guess.

I was served by Ace at the till and she was super helpful! I wanted to do an exchange and they didn?t have the item in stock, she went above and beyond to make sure the right size was delivered to my address, next day delivery, with no shipping fee.

Stratford shop - a very unpleasant experience due to staff, the ones I tried to speak to have no people stills and look fed up, it felt like they were doing me a favour! I said hi when paying for some clothes - I got no response, my card did not work when tapped, she just points to the card reader with no speech, I ask for a receipt, when I say can I please have one on paper she looks very put out and pulls a face, then silently prints out a receipt. I could say more.. I no longer feel comfortable to shop here, I feel very in welcome sadly.

I have been an Urban Outfitters fan for quite a few years. Last time I went there was earwigs on the clothing towards the back near the fitting rooms. I took picture evidence then emailed urban contact with this information and I was met with a lazy response not addressing the concern. Super disappointed and freaked out especially as I have OCD.

Urban Outfitters offers a comprehensive selection of apparel and accessories, showcasing a cohesive aesthetic. While some items may be higher-priced, a visit is recommended. I forgot to mention it's wheelchair-friendly, as it's all on the same floor.

Loved the vibe of this shop! Had a wander through on our last day in the UK and it?s a shame our bags were already overweight as we could?ve bought so many things! But everything was laid out nicely, easy accessible, and visually just lovely to look at. Staff were chatty and kind but left us to browse. Truly a top notch store!

Nightmare customer services.
I came on 4th Feb to buy some Baggy Jeans. I took 4 jeans to fitting room. After changing I gave it to the girl standing there. She told me to put all trousers back on the hanger before hand over to her (???) which i never heard from any clothing brand around the world. I still bought 3 at the end but Please consider to come to this brand if you don?t want to be a victim of racist
